Archia offers full design services for builders and homeowners who plan to manage their own projects. We will develop construction documents, architectural renderings and plans, interior designs, or remodeling plans to meet your requirements. This service is ideal if you already have a builder or are simply in the preliminary stages of bringing an idea to life. We will prepare permit drawings so your builder can prepare proper cost estimates and use these to obtain a building permit from your town’s building department. We will remain available to consult with your team throughout the construction process to help ensure the project stays within your budget and timeframe.

2. Construction
If you already have plans for your new home, addition or renovation, Archia’s experienced, top-quality building team can complete your project from beginning to end.
